| Hey, so let's discuss the character of Naruto, both nine tailed rasengan and wind style rasenshuriken versions - but most certainly not Sage mode Naruto and Hokage Naruto! For those of you who play as Naruto outside of story, I curious to know his strengths and weakness as they would be vital information for those who wish to play as and against Naruto. We can discuss his strengths, his weaknesses; the strength of his combos, how many hits he can deal with combo, ect.
The point of this discussion is to break the character of Naruto down and see if he's a decent enough character. Let's start now. |

| Only difference between the two is their ougi start-ups... and they are both almost the same.
Naruto... both safe and regular are really good. Well, anyone with Rasengan is but... the only thing really bad about naruto is his tilt combo, its pretty bad. Fuuma are good, combos are decent, rasengan is great, ougi setup is great. He is like a simple character, with a few bonuses (hence his tier) |

| he can combo his ougi off of a completed ^O combo ;x that's about all i know |

| Yeah, but since teching is soooo easy to do in this game, that is horribly unlikely. |

| idk i've yet to see people knj out of ougi combo's i mean, its pretty hard since the hitboxes are kinda smaller D:, eh, idk |

| No no, I meant teching, as in mashing the X (or A) button to recover from being launched. They can just block the ougi after teching. |

| I'm a bit disappointed with Naruto's tilt. It's cool to see him throw his clones, but they require such precise aim for the first hits that the last hit doesn't connect very often since you're already getting wailed on. Like literally, the enemy can simply move out of the way just a bit to dodge it entirely and precede to chakra dash because as we all know, most tilts can be COMPLETELY avoided with a chakra dash... >_>

| A good tilt on naruto would bring him up in tiers... and he's already pretty high up there though your right... his tilt sucks. Plus its really unsafe, due to it's slowness. |
